In the event that the Allottee / Purchaser cancels the booking of the Unit / Apartment, or if the Agreement for Sale is cancelled or terminated for any reason attributable to the Allottee, the Promoter shall be entitled to forfeit the amount paid by the Allottee in accordance with the terms specified in the Allotment Letter and/or the Agreement, as applicable. Any remaining balance amount, if due and payable after such forfeiture, shall be refunded to the Allottee / Purchaser in accordance with the provisions of the said documents.
All disputes or differences arising between the parties shall be resolved amicably through mutual discussion. In the event that such disputes cannot be settled amicably, the matter shall be referred to the appropriate authority under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (RERA), as applicable.
